This is an update to my last post. I have since recruited about four or five members, which is surprising a lot considering regular meetings consist of two people. As for my posters, they were wonderfully bright and had many rainbows. And someone actually came to the meeting because of them. So I am basically extremely proud of my art skills and ability to con friends into things. Next thing on the agenda is Human Rights Day. There is going to be a set day, March 20, where there is going to be a different workshop every period except lunch. ALGSS is going to start off the day and talk about discrimination in schools regarding homophobia. It will hopefully be a good experience and not a disaster like this has been in the past at DY.
